Front Office Associate Job Description :
Ensure to follow all the front office standard operating procedures and policies and register guests and assigns rooms. Accommodates special requests whenever possible. Room Reservation.
2. Assists in pre-registration and blocking of rooms for reservations, thoroughly understand and adheres to proper credit, check- cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures.
3. Ensure proper take over and handing over and communicate guest feedbacks and other different issues to the superior
Understands room status and room status tracking.
4. Coordinates room status updates with the housekeeping department by notification housekeeping of all check outs, late checkouts, early check-ins, special requests, and day use rooms.
5. Knows room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates and uses suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel.
Guest Relation Executive Job Description :
Ensure to interact with the guests & enable the team to understand guest requirements.
Responsible for Reception, Concierge operations, Hospitality and Cashier.
Liaise with different departments for smooth and coordinated work.
Ensure that the arrivals and departures for the day and relevant records are maintained.
Ensure quality in all aspects of work and among the staff in the lobby.
Personally welcome and escort all guests of Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre.
